Tapio Hämäläinen
Eemil Tapio "Tapsa" Hämäläinen (18 June 1922, in Uukuniemi – 28 January 2008, in Helsinki) was a Finnish actor and theater counsellor. Career Hämäläinen's best known roles were as Salo in '' The Unknown Soldier'' (''The Unknown Soldier'') and Councillor Tuura in the ''Uuno Turhapuro'' films (1976–1993, 2004). Hämäläinen also appeared in many television series, such as '' Naapurilähiö''. He gave his voice to The Hemulen, The Police Inspector and The Groke in the Finnish dub of the ''Moomin'' TV series. Hämäläinen played Uuno Turhapuro's father-in-law Councillor Tuura Councillor Tuura is a fictional character in the Finnish comedy film series Uuno Turhapuro. Uukuniemi is a former municipality of Finland. It was located in the province of Southern Finland and was part of the South Karelia region. The Groke
The Groke (Swedish name , Finnish name ) is a fictional character in the Moomin stories created by Tove Jansson. She appears as a ghost-like, hill-shaped body with two cold staring eyes and a wide row of white shiny teeth. In the book '' Who Will Comfort Toffle?'', it is mentioned that she has a tail, but it has never been seen. Wherever she stands, the ground below her freezes and plants and grass die. She leaves a trace of ice and snow when she walks the ground. Anything that she touches will freeze. On one occasion, she froze a campfire by sitting down on it.
