Tampa is a city in Marion County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2020 census the population of the city was 105. It is located between Durham and Ramona and is next to a railroad. History Early history For many millennia, the Great Plains of North America was inhabited by nomadic Native Americans. Nomadic
A nomad is a member of a community without fixed habitation who regularly moves to and from the same areas. Such groups include hunter-gatherers, pastoral nomads (owning livestock), tinkers and trader nomads. In the twentieth century, the population of nomadic pastoral tribes slowly decreased, reaching an estimated 30–40 million nomads in the world .
