Tamara Polyakova
Tamara Eduardovna Polyakova (russian: Тамара Эдуардовна Полякова; born 27 August 1960) is a Ukrainian road and track cyclist. At the 1983 Summer Universiade she won the silver medal in the road race and won bronze in the individual pursuit. Chernivtsi
Chernivtsi ( uk, Чернівці́}, ; ro, Cernăuți, ; see also other names) is a city in the historical region of Bukovina, which is now divided along the borders of Romania and Ukraine, including this city, which is situated on the upper course of the Prut river in the Southwestern Ukrainian territory.
