Taman Seremban Jaya ( Jawi: تامن سرمبن جاي;tamil zh, 龙城) is a suburb of Seremban, near Senawang in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is located about 5 kilometres from Seremban city centre. Jawi Alphabet
Jawi (; ace, Jawoë; Kelantan-Pattani: ''Yawi''; ) is a writing system used for writing several languages of Southeast Asia, such as Acehnese, Banjarese, Kerinci, Maguindanaon, Malay, Minangkabau, Tausūg, and Ternate. Jawi is based on the Arabic script, consisting of all of the original 31 Arabic letters, and six additional letters constructed to fit the phonemes native to Malay, and an additional phoneme used in foreign loanwords, but not found in Classical Arabic, which are ''ca'' ( ), ''nga'' ( ), ''pa'' ( ), ''ga'' ( ), ''va'' ( ), and ''nya'' ( ). Jawi was developed from the advent of Islam in the Maritime Southeast Asia, supplanting the earlier Brahmic scripts used during Hindu-Buddhist era. The oldest evidence of Jawi writing can be found on the 14th century Terengganu Inscription Stone, recorded in Classical Malay language that contains a mixture of Malay, Sanskrit and Arabic vocabularies. Seremban
Seremban (Negeri Sembilan Malay: ''Soghomban'', ''Somban''; Jawi: ) is a city in the Seremban District and the capital of the state of Negeri Sembilan in Peninsular Malaysia. The city's administration is run by the Seremban City Council. Seremban gained its city status on 20 January 2020. Toponymy Seremban was founded as Sungei Ujong (or Sungai Ujong), named after a nearby river of the same name. While the town was renamed Seremban thereafter, the name Sungai Ujong most prominently persists as a street name for a road adjoining the southern side of town (Sungai Ujong Road, or ''Jalan Sungai Ujong''). It is also the name of a '' luak'' (chiefdom) that formed Negeri Sembilan, that covers the eponymous district as well as neighbouring Port Dickson District. Negeri Sembilan
Negeri Sembilan (, Negeri Sembilan Malay: ''Nogoghi Sombilan'', ''Nismilan'') is a state in Malaysia which lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Malacca and Johor to the south. The name is believed to derive from the nine (''sembilan'') villages or '' nagari'' in the Minangkabau language (now known as ''luak'') settled by the Minangkabau, a people originally from West Sumatra (in present-day Indonesia). The ''New Straits Times'' is an English-language newspaper published in Malaysia. It is Malaysia's oldest newspaper still in print (though not the first), having been founded as ''The Straits Times'' on 15 July 1845. It was relaunched as the ''New Straits Times'' on 13 August 1974. The paper served as Malaysia's only broadsheet format English-language newspaper. Senawang Komuter Station
The Senawang Komuter station, is a Malaysian commuter rail station serving as a halt on the KTM Komuter Seremban Line. It was constructed as part of the double tracking and electrification project between Seremban and Gemas, undertaken by IRCON International, a subsidiary of Indian Railways. The station began revenue service on 14 May 2011. Location The station serves Senawang and is the closest station to some of Seremban's outer suburbs such as Paroi, Rahang, Forest Heights and Taman Seremban Jaya down south. Sungai Gadut Komuter Station
Sungai Gadut Komuter station is a train station in Sungai Gadut, Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The station is served by the KTM Komuter's Seremban Line, part of the larger Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. History Sungai Gadut station was built as a result of the double track electrification to Gemas. Initially, the Seremban line was only extended to here in 2011. Rembau was brought to the line in 2012 even though most trains terminated here. The KTM line extended to Tampin and Gemas in 2015 but as part of a shuttle service from Seremban. As the service to Gemas was cut back to Tampin in 2016, the shuttle service was dissolved and now trains from Kuala Lumpur will go to Sungai Gadut and Tampin.
