Desa is a housing estate in south-western Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under the postcode 58100. Located off the East–West Link Expressway and Jalan Klang Lama, Taman Desa falls under the Seputeh parliamentary constituency. Features Taman Desa's construction began in the early 1970s. It is located along Old Klang Road, and is in proximity to Taman Seputeh, Pantai Dalam, Mid Valley City and Salak South. Travelling to downtown Kuala Lumpur takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. RapidKL
Rapid KL (styled as ''rapidKL'') is a public transportation system owned by Prasarana Malaysia and operated by its subsidiaries Rapid Rail and Rapid Bus. With its coverage throughout Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley areas, it was followed by a federal government restructuring of public transport systems in Kuala Lumpur after the bankruptcy of STAR and PUTRA Light Rapid Transit operators, the precursors to the Ampang/Sri Petaling Lines and Kelana Jaya Line respectively. KTM Komuter
KTM Komuter is a commuter rail system in Malaysia operated by Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). It was introduced in 1995 to provide local rail services in Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Klang Valley suburban areas. Services were later expanded to other parts of Malaysia with the introduction of the Northern and Southern sectors. The service uses air-conditioned electric multiple units in 3 and 6 car formations. KTM Komuter contributed RM146.2 million to group revenue in 2017, carrying a total of 37.235 million passengers. The total number of passengers travelling with KTM Komuter in 2017 shows a decrease of 10.2%. This can be attributed to reduced service frequency due to the ongoing Klang Valley Double Tracking (KVDT) rehabilitation project. Pantai Dalam is a residential area located south-west of Kuala Lumpur, under the parliamentary constituency of Lembah Pantai. Represented in Dewan Rakyat by Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Fahmi Fadzil.
