Talma Finnish Challenge
The Finnish Challenge is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour, Europe's second tier men's professional golf tour. It was first played at Golf Talma in Talma, Finland, from 2001 to 2003, but took a hiatus from 2004 to 2011. The 2012–14 editions of the tournament were played at the Kytäjä Golf Club in Kytäjä, Hyvinkää, Finland. The 2015 tournament was played at Aura Golf Club in Turku. Since 2016 tournament it has been played at the Vierumäki Resort in Vierumäki Vierumäki Ratapiha. Vierumäki is a village located in the Finnish municipality Heinola in the region Päijät-Häme, Finland. There are about 900–1,000 inhabitants. Vierumäki Ratapiha. Vierumäki is a village located in the Finnish municipality Heinola in the region Päijät-Häme, Finland. There are about 900–1,000 inhabitants. Neighbouring villages are Vuolenkoski in Iitti, Myllyoja in Heinola, Mäkelä in Nastola and Urajärvi in Asikkala. Vierumäki is known for hosting international ice hall sports events. José-Filipe Lima
José-Filipe Lima (born Philippe Lima; November 26, 1981) is a Portuguese professional golfer. He won the 2004 Aa St Omer Open to gain a place on the European Tour. His best seasons were from 2005 to 2007 when he finished in the top-100 on the European Tour Order of Merit. Successful Challenge Tour seasons in 2009, 2013 and 2016 have promoted him back to the European Tour but, on each occasion he has failed to retain his place on the tour. He was runner-up in the 2007 BMW International Open. Early life Lima has Portuguese parents but was born in Versailles, France and grew up mainly in France. His father worked at Saint-Nom-La-Bretèche, which was the host course of the Trophée Lancôme until that tournament ceased in 2003, and was his son's first coach. Darius Van Driel
Darius Arjen Joel van Driel (born 2 June 1989) is a Dutch professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. Amateur career Born in Leidschendam, Netherlands, van Driel took up golf at the age of 11. His junior and amateur career, up to and including 2014, saw him win the Dutch National Strokeplay Championship under-19 (2007) and under-22 (2010). He also won the 2008 Dutch National Strokeplay Championship, which earned him entry to that year's KLM Dutch Open where he missed the cut (+11) but finished as second Dutch amateur player. Romain Langasque (born 18 May 1995) is a French professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won The Amateur Championship in 2015 and in 2020 had his biggest professional success when he won the ISPS Handa Wales Open. Scott Henry (golfer)
Scott Henry (born 20 January 1987) is a Scottish professional golfer. He won the 2012 Kazakhstan Open on the Challenge Tour. Amateur career Henry had a successful junior career winning a number of Scottish boys titles and playing in the Jacques Léglise Trophy in 2004 and 2005, captaining the Great Britain & Ireland team on the latter occasion. He won the Scottish Stroke Play Championship in 2006. He turned professional in 2007. Professional career Henry played on the Challenge Tour in 2009 with little success. Julien Guerrier
Julien Guerrier (born 1 July 1985) is a French professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won the 2006 Amateur Championship. Amateur career Guerrier was born in Évreux. He had a successful amateur career, which included winning The Amateur Championship in 2006 at Royal St George's Golf Club. He turned professional after competing in the 2007 Masters Tournament. Sam James Walker (born 1 March 1978) is an English professional golfer. Career Walker was born in Birmingham and turned professional in 2000. He came through the ranks, starting his career on the third tier MasterCard Tour before graduating to the Challenge Tour and finally the top level European Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. Karl Simon Forsström (born 1 April 1989) is a Swedish professional golfer who currently plays on the European Tour, where he has won once. Amateur career Forsström played for AIK Golf Club. Robert Hamilton Macintyre TD RIBA ARIAS (2 February 1940 – 18 September 1997) was a Scottish architect with a particular interest in church architecture and in the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
