Teyrêbazên Azadiya Kurdistan
The Kurdistan Freedom Hawks or TAK ( ku, Teyrêbazên Azadiya Kurdistan), is a Kurdish nationalism, Kurdish nationalist militant group in Turkey seeking an independent Kurdish state in Turkish Kurdistan (eastern and southeastern Turkey). The group also opposes the Turkish government's policies towards Kurds in Turkey. The group presents itself as a break-away faction of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) in open dissent with the PKK's readiness to compromise with the Turkish state. The PKK distances itself from the TAK, stating that the Turkish government uses the TAK to portray the PKK as a terrorist organization in the international arena, that the PKK only targets the Turkish Armed Forces or their proxies, that it always takes responsibility for its attacks, and that there are no links between the PKK and TAK. Analysts and experts disagree on whether or not the two groups are in reality linked. The group first appeared in August 2004, just weeks after the PKK called off the 199 ... Taal Aktie Komitee
The Taal Aktie Komitee (Dutch; ''Language Action Committee''), known by its acronym TAK, is a Flemish nationalist organisation in Belgium, founded in 1972. It claims to strive for the "preservation of the Flemish nature of the Flemish villages at the language border and in the Brussels Periphery". It also claims to wish to prevent the further frenchification of Brussels and its periphery, and advocates the partition of Belgium along language lines. TAK has taken part in protests and conflicts such as those in Voeren and Sint-Genesius-Rode, and occasionally interrupts municipal council meetings in municipalities, for example where it believes that the mayor has breached language laws. Outside Belgium, the group also cooperated in 2002 with the Dutch ''Stichting Taalverdediging'', protesting against monolingual English signage at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and in favour of the reintroduction of Dutch-language signage at the airport. Tak (function)
In computer science, the Tak function is a recursive function, named after Ikuo Takeuchi (竹内郁雄). It is defined as follows: \tau (x,y,z) = \begin \tau (\tau (x-1,y,z) ,\tau (y-1,z,x) ,\tau (z-1,x,y) ) & \text y Int tarai x y z , x <= y = y , otherwise = tarai(tarai (x-1) y z) (tarai (y-1) z x) (tarai (z-1) x y) One can easily accelerate this function via memoization
In computing, memoization or memoisation is an optimization technique used primarily to speed up computer programs by storing the results of expensive function calls and returning the cached result when the same inputs occur again. Memoization ... yet lazy evaluation still wins.
The best known way to optimize tarai is to use mutually recursive helper function as follows. ...
