The Taichung Bank Club is a Taiwanese volleyball club. They have represented Chinese Taipei in international club volleyball competitions. Their men's team has won the 2015 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championship without losing a single match, beating Qatari club Al-Arabi in the final, thus qualifying for the 2016 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship The 2016 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship was the 12th edition of the event. It was held in Betim, Brazil from 18 to 23 October 2016. Brazil's Sada Cruzeiro defeated Russia's Zenit Kazan in the final and won FIVB Men’s Club World C .... Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. 2015 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championship
The 2015 Asian Men's Club Volleyball Championship was the 16th staging of the AVC Club Championships. The tournament was held in Taipei, Taiwan from 13 to 21 August 2015. The champions qualified for the 2016 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship as Asia's representative. Pools composition Teams were seeded in the first two positions of each pool following the serpentine system according to their final standing of the 2014 edition. Al-Arabi SC (Qatar)
Al-Arabi Sports Club ( ar, النادي العربي الرياضي) is a Qatari sports club based in Doha. Founded in 1952, the most prominent team of the club is the football team that competes in the Qatar Stars League. The club's home ground is the 13,000-seat Grand Hamad Stadium, where they have played since their establishment. Al-Arabi had their first major success in 1978, winning the Emir of Qatar Cup, and won various titles during the 1980s and 1990s. The 2016 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship was the 12th edition of the event. It was held in Betim, Brazil from 18 to 23 October 2016. The 2016 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship, Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship was the 17th staging of the Asian Volleyball Confederation, AVC Club Championships which was hosted by the Philippines.
