Tadeusz Błażusiak
Tadeusz Błażusiak, also known as Taddy Blazusiak (born 26 April 1983 in Nowy Targ, Poland) is a Polish motorcycle rider who has won professional titles in trial, enduro and endurocross. He won the Erzberg Rodeo, an annual Austrian extreme enduro event, five times; the FIM Indoor Enduro World Cup six times; and the AMA EnduroCross Championship five times. Racing career Błażusiak won the Polish Trial Championship from 1999-2003 and 2005-2007, the German Trial Championship in 2003 and 2004, and the European Trial Championship in 2004. He also competed in the FIM Indoor Trial World Championship from 2002 to 2007, with a best result of 8th in 2006, and the FIM Indoor Trial World Championship, ending 7th in 2007 and 8th from 2005-2007. Błażusiak switched to enduro in 2007 and won the Erzberg Rodeo extreme enduro race for the first time. Erzberg Rodeo
The Erzberg Rodeo is an Austrian motorcycle enduro event started in 1995 and held annually in May or June, run on ore. It is the largest of its kind in Europe. The Erzberg Rodeo is part of the Red Bull Hard Enduro Series, together with Red Bull Romaniacs, Red Bull Minas Riders, Red Bull Megawatt, Red Bull Sea to Sky, and Roof of Africa. In 2018 it joined the World Enduro Super Series, which became the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship in 2021. Enduro is a form of motorcycle sport run on extended cross-country, off-road courses. Enduro consists of many different obstacles and challenges. The main type of enduro event, and the format to which the World Enduro Championship is run, is a time-card enduro, whereby a number of stages are raced in a time trial against the clock. Time-keeping enduros In a traditional time-keeping enduro, riders leave together in groups or rows, and each row starts at a certain minute. The object of the event is to arrive at pre-defined checkpoints according to a strict schedule. Early or late arrivals result in the riders' scores being penalized. AMA EnduroCross Championship
The AMA EnduroCross Championship is an endurocross championship held in North America since 2007. It is held in stadiums or arenas, recreating enduro obstacles such as rocks, boulders and logs. Motorsport promoters Eric Peronnard and Tim Clark organized the first EnduroCross event at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas in 2004, with a similar format to the Barcelona Indoor Enduro. In 2007, EnduroCross turned into a three-round championship with AMA sanctioning. Since 2008, at least six rounds have been held each year. In 2011 and 2012, the X Games Los Angeles was a points-scoring round of the AMA EnduroCross. The FIM SuperEnduro World Championship is an endurocross series held primarily in Europe since 2007. It is held from October to March, during the Northern Hemisphere winter and the Enduro World Championship off-season. Circuits are built inside stadiums or arenas, recreating obstacles such as rocks, boulders and logs. The series had its first season in 2007–08 under the name FIM Indoor Enduro World Cup. In 2010–11 it was renamed FIM Indoor Enduro World Championship and in 2011/12 it adopted its current designation.
