Taavi Vartia
Taavi Vartia (born 9 November 1965, in Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish Film director, script writer and writer. Taavi Vartia has since 1990 planned, directed and produced programmes for all of Finland's national television channels: YLE TV1, YLE TV2, MTV3 and Nelonen, across a range of genres including drama, entertainment, music, profiles and documentaries. He has been involved in the production of over 1100 episodes. Vartia has also written and directed several company- and image videos for Finnish companies. In recent years he has received recognition as a writer of young adult dramas and as a documentary film maker. Vartia has published four novels. Jaana E. Saarinen (born 22 June 1955 in Helsinki) is a Finnish actress. She is famous for the Finnish soap opera ''Salatut elämät'', where she played Maarit Salin from 1999 to 2004, 2007 to 2008 and 2015. For 25 years, Saarinen was involved with the Kotka City Theatre from 1981 to 2006. She took part in the very first Thilia Thalia competition in 1983 and came third. Eija Annikki Vilpas (born 17 July 1957 in Tuusula, Finland) is a Finnish actress. She is known of her roles in several Finnish comedy series, for example ''Fakta homma'' and '' Hynttyyt yhteen''. The focal point of her career lies in stage acting: Vilpas has worked in the Helsinki City Theatre since 1988. She has also done voice-over work for Finnish film dubs.
