Ta'tili
In Islamic theology, taʿṭīl ( ar, تَعْطِيل) means "divesting" God of His attributes. The word literally means to suspend and stop the work and refers to a form of apophatic theology which is said because God bears no resemblance to his creatures and because the concepts available to man are limited and depends on his perceptions of his surroundings, so he has no choice but to remain silent about the divine attributes and suffice with the explanations given in the Quran and hadiths. ''Taʿṭīl'' is the polar opposite of '' tashbīh'' (anthropomorphism or anthropopathism), the ascription to God of physical characteristics or human attributes such as emotion. Both ''taʿṭīl'' and ''tashbīh'' are considered sins or heresies in mainstream Islam. Islamic schools and branches have different understandings of Islam. Aseity
Aseity (from Latin ''ā'' "from" and ''sē'' "self", plus '' -ity'') is the property by which a being exists of and from itself. It refers to the Christian belief that God does not depend on any cause other than himself for his existence, realization, or end, and has within himself his own reason of existence. This represents God as absolutely independent and self-existent by nature. Many Jewish and Muslim theologians have also believed God to be independent in this way. This quality of independence and self-existence has been affirmed under various names by theologians going back to antiquity, though the use of the word 'aseity' began only in the Middle Ages. Tashbih
''Tashbih'' ( ar, تشبيه) is an Islamic religious concept meaning anthropomorphism, assimilating/comparing God to His creatures. In Islamic theology, two opposite terms are attributed to Allah, ''tashbih'' and ''tanzih'' ( transcendence). However, the fuller meaning of ''tashbih'' is 'affirming similarity', i.e. affirming similarity between God and His creatures. This concept is eternally juxtaposed with Allah's ''tanzih'' (transcendence, or 'declaring incompatibility'). Both ta'til, divesting God of His attributes, and tashbih, anthropomorphism, are considered to be heresies by Sunnis. Omnipotence is the quality of having unlimited power. Monotheistic religions generally attribute omnipotence only to the deity of their faith. Sufyan Ibn ʽUyaynah
Abū Muḥammad Sufyān ibn ʽUyaynah ibn Maymūn al-Hilālī al-Kūfī ( ar, ابو محمد سفيان بن عيينة بن ميمون الهلالي الكوفي) (725 – ) was a prominent eighth-century Islamic religious scholar from Mecca. Isma'ilism
Isma'ilism ( ar, الإسماعيلية, al-ʾIsmāʿīlīyah) is a branch or sub-sect of Shia Islam. The Isma'ili () get their name from their acceptance of Imam Isma'il ibn Jafar as the appointed spiritual successor (imām) to Ja'far al-Sadiq, wherein they differ from the Twelver Shia, who accept Musa al-Kadhim, the younger brother of Isma'il, as the true Imām.
