TV JOJ
TV JOJ is a Slovak private TV channel owned by J&T Enterprises and launched in March 2002. The channel screens serial dramas and TV shows. History It was launched on 2 March 2002 as a successor of the TV Global, which had been broadcasting since March 2000. The station's first slogan was "Nuda na Slovensku skončila" - "Boredom in Slovakia has finished". TV JOJ was built by former head of the Czech channel TV Nova, Vladimír Železný, when he was at war with TV Nova's U.S. investor Central European Media Enterprises (CME). Through Joj, Železný wanted to shake the dominance of CME's station in Slovakia, TV Markíza, which was enjoying almost 50 percent of the country's nationwide audience. In its first years on the market, TV Joj failed. Surviving through airing an anemic TV Nova diet, the station was beaten in ratings by TV Nova itself, whose strong signal reached deep into Slovakia. A multiplex or mux (called virtual sub-channel in the United States and Canada, and bouquet in France) is a grouping of program services as interleaved data packets for broadcast over a network or modulated multiplexed medium. The program services are split out at the receiving end. Celebrity Camp
''Celebrity Camp'' was a Slovak reality show created by TV JOJ based on '' Survivor''. Twenty-six celebrities were sent to the Philippines where they competed in two tribes in a series of challenges with the losing tribe going to Tribal Council to vote out one of its members. A part of ''Survivor'', ''Celebrity Camp'' was more about challenges than survival (contestants have luxury items and food on the beach), but it maintained some similarities with ''Survivor'' like tribe division, Tribal Council, and merge into one tribe. Each day contestants competed in a series of challenges and each night the losing tribe must vote out one of its members on Tribal Council. All episodes were shot in Philippines only last two episodes, starting with semi-final were shot in a studio in Slovakia. ''Got Talent'' is a British talent show TV format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCOtv company. ''The Amazing Race Norge'' is a Norwegian adventure reality game show based on the international ''Amazing Race'' franchise. Following the premise of other versions of the format, the show follows teams of two as they race around the world.
