Sven And Lene Grønlykke
Sven Grønlykke (1927–1998) and Lene Grønlykke (18 October 1933 – 28 November 1990) was a Danish husband-and-wife partnership who started out in film-making but are today most known for their achievements as culinary entrepreneurs. They founded the food company Løgismose, named after the family estate Løgismose Castle, as well as the gourmet restaurants Falsled Kro and Kong Hans Kælder. Biography Sven Grønlykke began his career in sales of farming machines and later made a move into production of foam rubber for the furniture industry with factories in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Spain. In 1953 he married Lene (born Meyer Petersen), who was a journalist, and after making a fortune from the sale of their business empire the couple acquired the ASA Filmudlejning in Copenhagen in 1964 to pursue a career in film-making as well as Løgismose Castle on the island of Funen in 1965. Løgismose is a Danish food company producing and retailing delicacies and other products under its own brand. The company has the subsidiaries: Løgismose Wine, and Løgismose Dairy, and also controls Falsled Kro on Funen and the Michelin-starred restaurant Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen. It also operates a delicacy store in Copenhagen and another in Aarhus, and has online sales. Klaus Rifbjerg (15 December 1931 – 4 April 2015) was a Danish writer. He authored more than 170 novels, books and essays. In 1965 he co-produced the film '' 4x4'' which was entered into the 4th Moscow International Film Festival. Biography Rifbjerg was born in Copenhagen and grew up on the island of Amager, which is part of the city, the child of two teachers. Later he studied English and literature, in Copenhagen and for a year in the US at Princeton University. His breakthrough was in 1958 with the novel ''Den kroniske Uskyld''. It was made into a film in 1985, directed by Edward Fleming. From that time on he published more than 100 novels as well as poetry and short story collections, plays, TV and radio plays, film scripts, children's books and diaries. Rifbjerg is also known for having been a journalist and critic. Bodil Award
The Bodil Awards are the major Danish film awards given by the Danish Film Critics Association. The awards are presented annually at a ceremony in Copenhagen. Established in 1948, it is one of the oldest film awards in Europe. The awards are given without regard to commercial interests or box-office sales, but rather to highlight the films or actors that the critics regard as most worthy. The name of the award honours two of the most important actresses in Danish cinema, Bodil Kjer and Bodil Ipsen.
