''Super What?'' is the second collaborative album by American hip hop supergroup Czarface and British-American rapper MF Doom. It was released on May 7, 2021. The album is a follow-up to their 2018 collaborative project '' Czarface Meets Metal Face'', and is Doom's first posthumous release. The album contains features from Run-DMC's DMC, Del the Funky Homosapien, Kendra Morris, and That Handsome Devil's Godforbid. Background and release Apart from the album marking the trio's second collaborative LP with Doom, they also worked together on Czarface's 2015 track, "Ka-Bang!", off '' Every Hero Needs a Villain''. ''Super What?'' was recorded in April 2020, and was originally slated for release that same month, but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Czarface () is an American hip hop supergroup formed in 2013 by underground hip hop duo 7L & Esoteric and Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck. They released their acclaimed debut studio album, '' Czarface'', February 19, 2013. The album was followed by '' Every Hero Needs a Villain'' in 2015 and '' A Fistful of Peril'' in 2016, both of which were also praised by critics. 7L & Esoteric (7LES) are an underground hip hop duo from Boston, Massachusetts, known for battle rhymes and boom bap production. 7L is the duo's DJ/ producer and Esoteric is the MC. 7L & Esoteric are both prominent members of underground hip-hop collectives Army of the Pharaohs and Demigodz, as well as being 2/3 of Czarface along with Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck. Macchio is commonly associated with ''Daredevil'', the Spider-Man line of comics, and the Ultimate Marvel line. Macchio is not related to the actor Ralph Macchio, but is nicknamed "Karate Kid" after that actor's famous role. Dennis Joseph O'Neil (May 3, 1939 – June 11, 2020) was an American comic book writer and editor, principally for Marvel Comics and DC Comics from the 1960s through the 1990s, and Group Editor for the Batman family of titles until his retirement.
