Sunnyside is a city-center neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, located in the Northside of Denver, west of Interstate 25. The neighborhood is bounded by Union Pacific Railroad lines on the east, Interstate 70 on the north, Federal Boulevard on the West and 38th Avenue on the south. Federal Boulevard
State Highway 88 (SH 88) is a state highway in Denver and Arapahoe counties within the U.S. state of Colorado. SH 88's northern terminus is at Interstate 70 Business (I-70 Bus.), U.S. Route 40 (US 40) and US 287 in Denver, and the eastern terminus is at SH 83 in Aurora. Route description SH 88 is a 21.7 mile (34.9 km) long highway, starting at a cloverleaf intersection at Colfax Avenue ( U.S. Route 40) and Federal Boulevard in Denver. Highland (Denver)
Highland is a distinct city-center neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, bounded by West 38th Avenue to the north, a Union Pacific Railroad line on the east, the South Platte River to the southeast, Speer Boulevard on the south, and Federal Boulevard on the west. The Highlands is sometimes used to refer to two separate city-center neighborhoods in Denver; Highland and West Highland, although the two neighborhoods are distinct. Chaffee Park, Denver
Chaffee Park is a neighborhood in Denver, Colorado located in the northwest corner of the city. Chaffee Park is north of Sunnyside connected via Zuni Street, and northeast of Berkeley connected through Regis via nearby Lowell Boulevard. Chaffee Park is east of Regis and south of Adams County. Chaffee Park earned Sustainable Neighborhood designation from the City and County of Denver in February 2014. Residents are represented by the Chaffee Park Neighborhood Association, which is a Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) with the city. There is another Denver city park named Chaffee Park that is located in Sunnyside (south of the Chaffee Park neighborhood).
