Stephanie Retuya
The first cycle of the reality television show ''Asia's Next Top Model'' in which a number of women compete for the title and a chance to begin their career in the modeling industry. The show features aspiring models from the entire Asia-Pacific region. The international destinations for this cycle were Batam, Indonesia and Hong Kong. The cycle featured 14 contestants from the China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. This is notably the only cycle to feature a contestant from Nepal. The show was filmed in Singapore, and it premiered globally on November 25, 2012 on STAR World. STAR World
Star World (formerly known as Star Plus) is an English language entertainment television channel originally launched on 15 December 1991 as Star Entertainment () by STAR TV in Hong Kong as the old iteration of Star Plus. On 30 March 1996, the channel was split into two, when the former became Star World in East and Southeast Asia part of STAR TV's rebranding, and the latter retained the Star Plus name in India and the Middle East. Trang Nguyen or Nguyên Thị Thu Trang (born March 2, 1990) is a Vietnamese wildlife conservationist, environmental activist and a writer. She is known for her conservation works in tackling the illegal wildlife trade in Africa and Asia. JW Marriott is a luxury hotel brand owned by Marriott International. History The JW Marriott brand was established in 1984, with the opening of the first hotel in Washington, D.C.
