2020 South And Central American Men's Handball Championship
The 2020 South and Central American Men's Handball Championship was the first edition of the South and Central American Men's Handball Championship, held from 21 to 25 January 2020 in Brazil. It acted as the South and Central American qualifying tournament for the 2021 World Men's Handball Championship in Egypt. The competition consisted in a round-robin of 6 national teams playing against them in a five days row. Argentina won the tournament. IHF World Men's Handball Championship
The IHF Men's Handball World Championship has been organized indoor by the International Handball Federation since 1938. In the twenty-seven tournaments held, eleven nations have won the title. The 2022 South and Central American Men's Handball Championship was the second edition of the South and Central American Men's Handball Championship, held from 25 to 29 January 2022 in Recife, Brazil. It acted as the South and Central American qualifying tournament for the 2023 World Men's Handball Championship. Brazil won their first title after defeating Argentina in the final.
