Sinna Mapplai
''Sinna Mapplai'' (), also spelt ''Chinna Mappillai'', is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed and co-written by Santhana Bharathi. The film stars Prabhu and Sukanya, with Radha Ravi, Anand, Sivaranjani and Visu in supporting roles. It was released on 14 January 1993. This film ran over 175 days and declared as block buster. The film was remade in Telugu as ''Chinna Alludu'' (1993), in Kannada as ''Coolie Raja'' (1999) and twice in Hindi as ''Coolie No.1'' (in 1995 and in 2020). Santhana Bharathi
Santhana Bharathi is an Indian film director and actor who has primarily worked in Tamil cinema. Career Santhana Bharathi originally wanted to be a director but didn't get the right opportunity, even after working for a well known director like C. V. Sridhar. At the time, he had been looking for offers with his friend P. Vasu. Finally, they got a movie called ''Panneer Pushpangal'' in the year 1981. It was a success. Santhana Bharathi, along with his friend Vasu started directing many other movies under the name “Bharathi Vasu”. Minmini (born P. J. Rosily) is a South Indian film playback singer. She is best remembered for the song "Chinna Chinna Aasai" from ''Roja'', the debut work of film composer A. R. Rahman, which was dubbed in Hindi as "Choti Si Asha". Most of her songs are in Tamil, most of them composed by Ilaiyaraaja and A. R. Rahman. Gangai Amaran is an Indian music composer, singer, lyricist, writer, film director and actor in Tamil films. Personal life Gangai Amaran was born in Pannaipuram in Theni district, Tamil Nadu in December 1947, as the youngest son of Daniel Ramaswamy and Chinnathayi.
