Alexander Shapovalov (russian: Александр Шаповалов, link=no, Latn, ru, Aleksandr Shapovalov; born 28 January 1989, in Smolensk), better known by his stage name Shapov, is a Russian record producer and DJ. He is also a former member of the electronic project Hard Rock Sofa, and in his solo career has most notably collaborated with Axwell and Armin van Buuren. Hard Rock Sofa
Hard Rock Sofa is a Russian electronic dance music duo formed in Smolensk in 2005. Composed of Alexander Shapovalov and Denis Chepikov, they were signed by popular EDM labels like Axwell's Axtone Records and Steve Angello's Size Records. Prior to 2012, they collaborated closely with another Russian EDM trio, Swanky Tunes. Their career was suspended in December 2014, when shortly later Alexander Shapovalov started a solo career under the stage name Shapov. Career Hard Rock Sofa formed as a trio in 2005 between Alexander Shapovalov, Denis Chepikov, and Sergey Zuev (the latter left the band in late 2012). Trouze
Trouze is a Singaporean-American electronic music trio consisting of Declan Ee, Jovany Javier and Tat Tong. The group had a Billboard Dance Top 20 hit in 2016 with the song "Age of Innocence" with Elephante and Damon Sharpe. Biography The idea for Trouze came about in 2014 when the trio first met at a Zedd showcase in Miami and connected artistically over their different musical backgrounds. Based across Singapore and Los Angeles, members of Trouze had very different careers before dance music. Trouze's music draws influences from the group members’ varying cultural and geographical influences. Ultra Music Festival (UMF) is an annual outdoor electronic music festival that takes place during March in Miami, Florida, United States. The festival was founded in 1999 by Russell Faibisch and Alex Omes. It was first held on Miami Beach, but besides a tenure at Bicentennial Park, and briefly being held at Virginia Key in 2019, it has primarily been held at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami.
