Shahram Jazayeri Arab ( fa, شهرام جزایری عرب) is an Iranian oligarch who was involved in a high-profile corruption case. Early life and education He started the business by selling ice cream in his youth. Jazayeri was a student of dentistry in Kerman. Career Jazayeri "accrued unimaginable riches during a short time in the 2000s through corruption and connections with influential officials." He owned some 500 import-export companies and made through use of shell corporations, making monitoring of his activities difficult; while he made connections in the Parliament of Iran at the same time, where he was presented as an economic expert in some hearings. Ahwazi Arabs
Khuzestani Arabs () are the largest Arab community in Iran which primarily reside in the western half of the Khuzestan province. This area is known as Ahwaz by the Arab community, and the capital of Khuzestan is Ahvaz. As of 2010, Khuzestani Arabs numbered around 1.6 million people. Language Nearly all Khuzestani Arabs are bilingual, speaking Arabic and Persian (the official language of the country). In the northern and eastern cities of Khuzestan, Luri is spoken in addition to Persian, and the Arabic of the Kamari Arabs of this region is "remarkably influenced" by Luri. Bazargan, Iran
Bazargan ( fa, بازرگان; also Romanized as Bāzargān and Bāzergān; also known as Bāzarqān) is a city and capital of Bazargan District, in Maku County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. An important Iranian border crossing with neighboring Turkey is located at Bazargan. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,047, in 2,126 families. Mashhad ( fa, مشهد, Mašhad ), also spelled Mashad, is the List of Iranian cities by population, second-most-populous city in Iran, located in the relatively remote north-east of the country about from Tehran. A nationwide judicial system in Iran was first implemented and established by Abdolhossein Teymourtash under Reza Shah, with further changes during the second Pahlavi era.
