Serghei Țvetcov
Serghei Țvetcov (born 29 December 1988) is a Moldovan-born Romanian racing cyclist, who rides for the Denver Disruptors. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships, where he competed in both the road race and the individual time trial. In the 2013 and 2014 seasons, he rode for the UCI Continental team . His best result in this time was third place in the 2014 USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Following this result, he signed for the UCI Professional Continental team for the 2015 season. In December 2022, Țvetcov was announced as part of the Denver Disruptors team for the inaugural season of the National Cycling League, in 2023. The Tour of Romania (or "Little Loop") is a cycling competition held in Romania. It is organised as 2.1 race on the UCI Europe Tour. History Inspired by Tour de France, the monthly publication "Car Magazine" held in August 1910 the first edition of "Circuit Wallachia". The competition took 12 riders at the start on the route Bucharest–Sinaia–Târgoviște–Butimanu–Bucharest (approximately ). The race lasted for three editions. Since 1934 the newspaper "Daily Sport", in collaboration with Romanian Cycling Federation has organized the Tour of Romania. Romania became the sixth country in the world to organize a National Amateur Cycling Tour, after Belgium (1906), Netherlands (1909), Bulgaria (1924), Hungary (1925) and Poland (1928). The 2015 Sibiu Cycling Tour took place between 1 July and 5 July 2015. For the first time it was raced over 5 days, and moved forward in the calendar by nearly three weeks. The race was won by Mauro Finetto () who won the mountain stage to Păltiniș and was able to retain his jersey through to the end of the race. Tour de Beauce is a men's elite professional road bicycle racing multi-day event held each June in the Beauce region of Quebec, Canada since 1986. It is the oldest stage-race in North America, and is a Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI)-rated 2.2 continental circuit stage race on the UCI America Tour. The Queen Stage of the Tour de Beauce features the ascension of the iconic Mont-Mégantic National Park, a 6-km climb averaging 10% and peaking at 18% on the highest elevation road in the Province of Quebec.
