Sarvar Ikramov
Sarvar Ikramov (born 10 January 1985) is an Uzbekistani former professional tennis player. Born in Tashkent, Ikramov made an ATP Tour main draw appearance at the 2002 President's Cup in his birth city. Ikramov made his Davis Cup debut in 2004 and represented Uzbekistan at the 2006 Asian Games. During his Davis Cup career he featured in a total of eight ties, the last in 2013. Tashkent (, uz, Toshkent, Тошкент/, ) (from russian: Ташкент), or Toshkent (; ), also historically known as Chach is the capital and largest city of Uzbekistan. The 2002 President's Cup was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts in Tashkent in Uzbekistan and was part of the International Series of the 2002 ATP Tour. The Davis Cup is the premier international team event in men's tennis. It is run by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and is contested annually between teams from competing countries in a knock-out format.
