Santiago René Muñoz Robles (born 14 August 2002) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga MX club Santos Laguna. Born in the United States, he plays for the Mexico national under-23 team. Club career Santos Laguna Muñoz made his professional debut with Santos Laguna under manager Guillermo Almada on 25 October 2020 in a Liga MX match against Atlético San Luis, coming on as a substitute, winning 2–1. Newcastle United (loan) On 31 August 2021, Muñoz joined Premier League side Newcastle United on an 18-month loan deal, linking up with the club's academy sides with the English club having the option to make the deal permanent. CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship
The CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship was a quadrennial, international, age-restricted football tournament organized by CONCACAF to determine which men's under-23 national teams from the North, Central America and Caribbean region qualify for the Olympic football tournament. The competition format had varied since its inception, from 1996 to the final edition in 2020 it had been hosted in a single country. On 16 September 2021, CONCACAF announced that the representatives at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games will qualify through the 2022 CONCACAF U-20 Championship. The two finalist at the Concacaf u20 tournament will qualify for the Olympics in 2024. The CONCACAF U-17 Championship is an international association football event in the North America, Central America and the Caribbean region, and is the qualification tournament for the FIFA U-17 World Cup. Results In 2009 the tournament returned to a championship format in which all four semifinalists qualify to the FIFA U-17 World Cup. The 2009 tournament was cut short due to the swine flu outbreak in Mexico. No championship round was played as a result of the cancellation, and the tournament ended with four teams qualifying to the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup without determining a regional champion. The 2020–21 Liga MX season (known as the Liga BBVA MX for sponsorship reasons) was the 74th professional season of the top-flight football league in Mexico. The season was divided into two championships—the Torneo Guardianes 2020 and the Torneo Guardianes 2021—each in an identical format and each contested by the same eighteen teams. The 2020 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship was the fifteenth and final edition of the CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying, the quadrennial, international, age-restricted football tournament organised by CONCACAF to determine which men's under-23 national teams from the North, Central America and Caribbean region qualify for the Olympic football tournament. Jaime Arturo "Jimmy" Lozano Espín (born 29 September 1978) is a Mexican professional football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Lozano spent the majority of his playing career with Club Universidad Nacional, playing in over 160 matches with the club. He also had spells with Tigres UANL and Cruz Azul, and Monarcas Morelia. A Mexico international, Lozano made his debut in 2000, earning 34 caps and scoring 12 goals during a seven-year period.
