Assemini (; sc, Assèmini ) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about northwest of Cagliari in the plain of the Cixerri, Flumini Mannu and Sa Nuxedda rivers.
