Sanjawi Tehsil ( ps, سنځاوۍ; pronounced Sanzāwə́i locally) is an administrative subdivision (tehsil) of Ziarat District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. Arman Loni
Mohammad Ibrahim Arman Loni ( ps, محمد ابراهیم ارمان لوڼی), commonly known as Arman Loni (or Arman Luni), was a teacher of Pashto literature, poet, and one of the founding leaders of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM). Arman died on 2 February 2019 after a clash with the police, which followed his participation at a protest sit-in outside Loralai Press Club. The four-day sit-in had been organized by PTM activists, including Arman and his sister Wranga Loni, to protest against the 2019 Loralai attack, in which eight policemen and a civilian had been killed by the Pakistani Taliban on 29 January 2019. His family and PTM activists said that as the police attacked him and other activists, a policeman struck Arman on the head with a gun, causing him to collapse. However, according to a police spokesman, the death was caused by a heart attack following clashes between protesters and police. Waṇetsi ( wne, وڼېڅي), commonly called Tarīno ( wne, links=no, ترينو), and sometimes Tsalgari ( wne, links=no, څلګري), is a distinct variety of Pashto and is considered by some to be a different language. In some cases, Wanetsi rather shares similarities with the Pamir language of Munji, showing to be something of a bridge between the former and Pashto. It is perhaps a representation for a more archaic, or very early, form of Pashto. Ziarat District
Ziarat ( ur, ) is a district in the north of Balochistan province of Pakistan. Ziarat town (situated at an altitude of about 2,400 meters) is headquarters of the district of the Sub division, and also of the tehsil. Khalifat Hills have the highest peak with an altitude of in Ziarat district. Administration Ziarat District was established in July 1986, previously being part of Sibi District. The district, with a population of 52855, is subdivided into two tehsils ''Ziarat'' and ''Sanjawi'' the latter is the most densely populated having a population of 32,456, while Ziarat Tehsil has a population of 18,000. Wranga Loni
Wranga Loni ( ps, وړانګه لوڼۍ, ur, وڑانگہ لونی; also spelled Wrranga Lunri or Wrranga Luni) is a human rights activist and writer from Sanjawi in northern Balochistan, Pakistan. She is a leading member of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), as well as a founding member of the Waak Movement, which aims to bring political awareness among Pashtun women. Social activism Wranga joined the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement in February 2018 along with her elder brother, Arman Loni. Both of them actively took part in organizing the PTM public gatherings, usually traveling to the gathering site a week earlier to help run awareness campaigns among the locals.
