Sammy Sanders
Sammy Sanders (born July 17, 1967) is a part-time NASCAR driver from Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He drives the #04 Camp Courageous Dodge for Bobby Hamilton Racing on occasion in the Craftsman Truck Series. He has a couple of Busch Series starts in his career as well. Racing career Busch Series Sanders has made three NASCAR Busch Series starts in his career, all of which came in the 2001 series. Driving for Day Racing Enterprises, Sanders started 38th at Rockingham in his debut. He would finish the race, despite being twelve laps down in 36th. Then, Sanders went to Las Vegas and Bristol. It was the same song both times, as Sanders started and finished 41st falling out of the event early. Craftsman Truck Series Sanders started 34th at Kentucky Speedway in 2001, his first career race in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. California Speedway
Auto Club Speedway, originally opened as California Speedway, is a , low-banked, D-shaped oval superspeedway in unincorporated San Bernardino County, California, near Fontana. It has hosted NASCAR racing annually since 1997. It was also previously used for open wheel racing events. The racetrack is located east of Los Angeles and is near the former locations of Ontario Motor Speedway and Riverside International Raceway. The track is owned and operated by NASCAR. The speedway is served by the nearby Interstate 10 and Interstate 15 freeways as well as a Metrolink station located behind the backstretch. Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is a motorsport racetrack located at the Nashville Fairgrounds near downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The track is the second-oldest continually operating track in the United States. The track held NASCAR Grand National/Winston Cup (now NASCAR Cup Series) races from 1958 to 1984. Track configuration The speedway is currently an 18 degree banked paved oval. The track is long. Inside the larger oval is a paved oval. The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car series, the premier division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). It is considered a minor, semi-professional league of stock car racing, used as a feeder series into the three national touring series of NASCAR, and hosts events at a variety of track types including superspeedways, road courses, and dirt tracks. Nashville Superspeedway is a motor racing complex located in Gladeville, Tennessee, United States (though the track has a Lebanon postal address), about southeast of Nashville. The track was built in 2001 and is currently hosting the Ally 400, a NASCAR Cup Series regular season event, the Tennessee Lottery 250, and the Rackley Roofing 200. It is a concrete oval track 1 miles (2.145 km) long. Nashville Superspeedway is owned by Speedway Motorsports, which acquired the track’s previous owner Dover Motorsports in December 2021.
