Nashville Superspeedway
Nashville Superspeedway is a motor racing complex located in Gladeville, Tennessee, United States (though the track has a Lebanon postal address), about southeast of Nashville. The track was built in 2001 and is currently hosting the Ally 400, a NASCAR Cup Series regular season event, the Tennessee Lottery 250, and the Rackley Roofing 200. It is a concrete oval track 1 miles (2.145 km) long. Nashville Superspeedway is owned by Speedway Motorsports, which acquired the track’s previous owner Dover Motorsports in December 2021. Nashville Superspeedway is the longest concrete oval in NASCAR. Current permanent seating capacity is approximately 25,000, but will reach up to 38,000 for the NASCAR Cup Series event in 2021. Additional portable seats are brought in for some events, and seating capacity can be expanded to 150,000. The Federated Auto Parts 300 is a discontinued NASCAR Nationwide Series race that took place at Nashville Superspeedway. The race was one of two races held at the track, which received a second date on the then-Busch Series schedule one year after the track opened. Traditionally run in early June since its 2002 inception, the race moved to late July in 2011 as part of a schedule realignment. Rackley Roofing 200
The Rackley Roofing 200 is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race held at Nashville Superspeedway in Gladeville, Tennessee. The race, which was previously held from 2001 to 2011, returned to the schedule in 2021 after ten years away. The event replaced a race that was held on the same date at nearby Nashville Speedway USA (also known as the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway) from 1996 to 2000. The race had been held in August during its entire first run on the Truck Series schedule, except for 2011 when it was moved to July. The track was shut down in 2012 and as a result, the race was removed from the schedule along with the track's second race in the spring, which had been held in 2010 and 2011. Nashville ARCA 150
The Nashville ARCA 150 was an Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) race at Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, Tennessee, held in the spring from 2001 to 2007. For the first six years, the race was known as the ARCA RE/MAX PFG Lester 150. A second race, known as the Waste Management 200 and Toyota ARCA 150, was held in August from 2001 to 2008, after which the track was removed from the series schedule. The Tennessee Lottery 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series at Nashville Superspeedway. Traditionally held on Holy Saturday from 2001 to 2011, the race was removed when Dover Motorsports ceased operations of this track and Gateway International Raceway. It was reinstated in 2021 when Dover Motorsports took the second date away from Dover International Speedway and realigned it to reopening the Nashville Superspeedway, with the date moved to the Cup weekend in June. Gladeville is an unincorporated community in Wilson County, Tennessee. The community is named for the surrounding cedar glades— a unique type of ecosystem that thrives in the thin or barren soil of south Wilson County. Gladeville is located just off Interstate 840 along Stewarts Ferry Pike, approximately southeast of Mt. Juliet. Fairgrounds Speedway
Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is a motorsport racetrack located at the Nashville Fairgrounds near downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The track is the second-oldest continually operating track in the United States. The track held NASCAR Grand National/Winston Cup (now NASCAR Cup Series) races from 1958 to 1984. Track configuration The speedway is currently an 18 degree banked paved oval. The track is long. Inside the larger oval is a paved oval. The track was converted to a paved oval in 1957, when it began to be a NASCAR series track. The speedway was lengthened between the 1969 and 1970 seasons.
