Samidh Mukherjee (also spelled Mukherjee, bn, সমিধ মুখোপাধ্যায়) is an Indian singer, songwriter and music composer from Kolkata, India. Mukherjee mainly works on Bengali and Hindi language films and television shows,. He also part of the Bengali music director's duo Samidh- Rishi. Career Later in his career Mukerjee composed many popular songs for many Bengali films. Some of his successful projects as a music composer are ''Macho Mustanaa'', '' Loveria'', ''Kranti'', ''Josh'', ''Dui Prithibi'', ''Shedin Dekha Hoyechilo'', ''100% Love'', ''Om Shanti'', ''Majnu'', ''Faande Poriya Boga Kaande Re'' etc. His debut music album ''Amar Blue Sunglass'' was released in 2012 from Remac Muzik. Bappi Aparesh Lahiri (born Alokesh Aparesh Lahiri; 27 November 1952 – 15 February 2022), also known as Bappi Da was an Indian singer, composer and record producer. He popularised the use of synthesised disco music in Indian music industry and sang some of his own compositions. He was popular in the 1980s and 1990s with filmi soundtracks. Neel Dutt (born 7 March 1979) is an Indian composer and singer from Kolkata. He received the National Film Award for Best Music Direction from the Govt. of India in 2012 for the soundtrack of the Bengali film ''Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbona'' (Ranjana I ain't coming back no more). Nachiketa Chakraborty, simply known as Nachiketa, is an Indian singer, songwriter, musician, composer and playback singer who is known for his modern Bengali lyrics. He achieved fame in the early 1990s, with the release of his debut album ''Ei Besh Bhalo Achi''. Early life Nachiketa was born in Kolkata at Muktaram Babu Street. Jeet Gannguli (, born Chandrajeet Ganguly, on 24 May 1977), is an Indian score composer of Bengali and Hindi movies. Early life and education Born in a Bengali Brahmin family, Gannguli was initiated into the world of music at the age of three. ''Dance Bangla Dance'' is a Bengali reality show program, which airs in Zee Bangla. It was later remade in Hindi as ''Dance India Dance''. Colors Bangla, previously known as ETV Bangla, is an Indian general entertainment pay television channel broadcasting in Bengali language.
