Neel Dutt
Neel Dutt (born 7 March 1979) is an Indian composer and singer from Kolkata. He received the National Film Award for Best Music Direction from the Govt. of India in 2012 for the soundtrack of the Bengali film ''Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbona'' (Ranjana I ain't coming back no more). Dutt is the third person from West Bengal to win the Best Music Direction award. He is arguably the first music director in India to rearrange a Rabindranath Tagore composition with modern electronic music. Early life Neel Dutt was born on 7 March 1979 in Kolkata. His parents are Anjan Dutt and Chanda Dutt. Anjan, an actor and filmmaker, is also a prolific musician from the 1990s scene of modern Bengali music. Aparna Sen (, ''Ôporna Shen'') is an Indian film director, screenwriter and actress who is known for her work in Bengali cinema. Byomkesh Bakshi is an Indian-Bengali fictional detective created by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. Referring to himself as a "truth-seeker" or Satyanweshi in the stories, Bakshi is known for his proficiency with observation, logical reasoning, and forensic science which he uses to solve complicated cases, usually murders, occurring in Calcutta. One of the most popular sleuths of Bengali literature, Byomkesh Bakshi appeared for the first time in the story "Satyanweshi" — a story of murder dealing with illegal trafficking of opium. He appears in alias — under the pseudonym of Atul Chandra Mitra. Jisshu Ujjwal Sengupta (born 15 March 1977) is an Indian actor, producer, television presenter. who predominantly works in Bengali, Hindi and Telugu films. Sengupta made his debut through a Bengali TV series, '' Mahaprabhu'' where he portrayed the role of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu; the role gained him much recognition.
