''Salaga'' is a 2021 Indian Kannada-language action thriller film directed by Duniya Vijay in his directorial debut and produced by KP Srikanth. It features Duniya Vijay himself along with Sanjana Anand, Daali Dhananjay, and Nagabhushan in prominent roles. The film was released on 14 October 2021. Plot In Bangalore, ''Slum'' Shetty is a gangster, who along with former gangster-turned BBMP corporator Indra and ''Juttu'' Seena are controlling the Bangalore underworld. Shetty learns that a person named ''Thyagaraja'' Ramanna is smuggling illegal arms from Mangalore Port for Salaga, who is operating from prison. Shetty sends Suri ''Anna'' to ''deal with him''. Learning about Ramanna's attack, Salaga hires a cold-blooded gang named ''Batsman'' boys and kills Suri at a bar. Suri's brother Kenda is enraged and vows to kill Salaga. Duniya Vijay
B R Vijay Kumar, who is professionally known as Duniya Vijay and Duniya Viji, is an Indian actor who appears in Kannada films. He began his career playing small roles until he got his big break in '' Duniya'' (2007). He is noted for his performances in ''Chanda'' (2007), ''Junglee'' (2009), ''Johny Mera Naam Preethi Mera Kaam'' (2011) and '' Jayammana Maga'' (2013). Career Vijay began his carreer in films with a role in Yograj Bhat's ''Ranga SSLC'' with Sudeep. He then appeared in '' Jogi'', ''Shree'' and ''Ee Rajeev Gandhi Alla'', and also accepted roles in television. Chethan Kumar is an Indian filmmaker, lyrics writer, screenwriter, dialogue writer and director who primarily works in Kannada cinema. His debut directional venture was the 2014 film ''Bahaddur''. Career Kumar stepped into film industry unexpectedly. He was writing dialogues for theatre plays in Kalamandir, Mysore through one of his friend he learned of Tushar Ranganath.
