Anthony Daasan
Anthony Dasan is an Indian folk singer, who is currently working in the Tamil film industry. He is known for contributing a powerful voice to fusions of Tamil-folk, country, jazz, electronica and rock styles. Before this phase of playback singing, "Antony Dasan" worked as a travelling festival folk singer artist, collaborating with players of Nadaswaram, Thavil and Thappu, dancers and acrobats among others. He has performed with influential movie industry veterans such as Usha Uthup. Apart from his musical performances, he has also made cameo appearances in Tamil films, particularly in songs sung by himself, notable of which is a cameo as a gangster in the Karthik Subbaraj directorial, ''Jigarthanda''. Darbuka Siva is a director, writer, musician, music producer, actor and a football enthusiast based in Chennai, India. Starting out as a drummer/percussionist, he went on to acting, writing and directing films which have won awards in film festivals in Europe and London. Gaana Bala
Bala Murugan, better known by his stage name Gana Bala is an Indian playback singer in Tamil cinema. He rose to prominence after rendering the songs 'Aadi Pona Aavani' and 'Nadukadalula Kappala' from the soundtrack of ''Attakathi''. Dhina (also credited as Dheena) ( ta, தினா; born on 15 January 1966) is an Indian film and television series composer from Tamil Nadu, India. Biography and career Dhina first worked as an assistant musician under popular composer G. K. Venkatesh, later being engaged by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja as a music conductor. Chinnaponnu (also credited as Chinna Ponnu or Chinnaponnu Kumar) is a folk and playback singer from the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Early life Chinnaponnu was born in Suranam, a small village in Sivagangai district, Tamil Nadu, India. She started performing in temple festivals and churches when she was 13 years old.
