Sălard (river)
The Sălard () is a small river in the Gurghiu Mountains, Mureș County, northern Romania. It is a left tributary of the river Mureș. Lunca Bradului (, Hungarian pronunciation: ) is a commune in Mureș County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Lunca Bradului, Neagra (''Nyágra''), and Sălard (''Szalárd''). Geography The commune is situated at the foot of the Călimani and Gurghiu mountains, at an altitude of about . It lies on the banks of the river Mureș and its tributaries, the rivers Ilva and Sălard. The Călimani National Park and the Defileul Mureșului Superior Natural Park are partly located on the territory of the commune.
