Szymon Nehring
Szymon Nehring (born 29 September 1995) is a Polish pianist. Born in Kraków, Nehring began piano lessons at the age of five. He won the first prize in the 15th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition in 2017, and additionally won the prize of Best Performer of a Chopin Piece, the Advanced Studies prize, the Junior Jury prize, as well as the Audience Favorite prize. Previously, he had been a finalist in the XVII International Chopin Piano Competition in 2015. Nehring has performed with such orchestras as the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, Santander Orchestra, Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century with conductors including Jerzy Maksymiuk, Jacek Kaspszyk, Grzegorz Nowak, Omer Meir Wellber, John Axelrod, and Krzysztof Penderecki. Kraków

Omer Meir Wellber (Hebrew: עומר מאיר ולבר; born 28 October 1981, Beersheba) is an Israeli conductor and composer. Biography Wellber began musical studies at age 5, on accordion and piano. He became a composition student of Tania Taler at age 9. He attended the music conversatory in Be'er Sheva, and graduated from there in 1999. He subsequently studied composition with Michael Wolpe, and continued studies on a scholarship from the American-Israel Cultural Foundation to continue his studies with Eugene Zirlin at the Jerusalem Music Academy and in the Mendi Rodan Programme. Boris Berman (musician)
Boris Berman (born Moscow, April 3, 1948) is a Russian pianist and pedagogue. Biography Berman was a student of Lev Oborin at the Moscow Conservatory. He made his debut in Moscow in 1965. He joined an early music ensemble, at the time the only one in Russia, as a harpsichordist. At the same time he worked with contemporary composers such as Alfred Schnittke and Edison Denisov. He played in the first Russian performances of works by Arnold Schoenberg, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Luciano Berio and György Ligeti. He also was a guest soloist with several orchestras, including the Moscow Philharmonic and the Moscow Chamber orchestras. In 1973 he was permitted to leave the Soviet Union for Israel. In 1979 he migrated to the United States and has since taught at Boston University, Brandeis University, and Indiana University. Krzysztof Eugeniusz Penderecki (; 23 November 1933 – 29 March 2020) was a Polish composer and conductor. His best known works include ''Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima'', Symphony No. 3, his '' St Luke Passion'', ''Polish Requiem'', ''Anaklasis'' and ''Utrenja''.
