Szymon Matuszek (born 7 January 1989) is a Polish professional Association footballer, footballer who plays as a midfielder. Career Club In February 2011, he was loaned to Chojniczanka Chojnice on a half year deal. He returned half a year later. On 4 August 2020, he moved to Miedź Legnica. Cieszyn
Cieszyn ( , ; cs, Těšín ; german: Teschen; la, Tessin; szl, Ćeszyn) is a border town in southern Poland on the east bank of the Olza River, and the administrative seat of Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship. The town has 33,500 inhabitants (as of December 2021), and lies opposite Český Těšín in the Czech Republic. Both towns belong to the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia, and formerly as one town composed the capital of the Duchy of Cieszyn. Geography The town is situated on the Olza river, a tributary of the Oder River, which forms the border with the Czech Republic. It is located within the western Silesian Foothills north of the Silesian Beskids and Mt. Czantoria Wielka, a popular ski resort. 2021–22 I Liga
The 2021–22 I liga (also known as Fortuna I liga due to sponsorship reasons) is the 74th season of Sports league, the second tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949 and the 14th season of the Polish I liga under its current title. The league is operated by the Polish Football Association, PZPN. The regular season is being played as a round-robin tournament. A total of 18 teams participate, 14 of which competed in the league campaign during the 2020–21 I liga, previous season, while one to be relegated from the 2020–21 Ekstraklasa and the remaining three to be promoted from the 2020–21 II liga. The season started on 30 July 2021 and will conclude on 22 May 2022. Each team will play a total of 34 matches, half at home and half away.
