Szabolcs Kilyén
Szabolcs Kilyén (born 19 March 1998) is a Romanian professional footballer of Hungarian ethnicity who plays as a defender for AFC Odorheiu Secuiesc, on loan from Nyíregyháza Spartacus. Club career He spent his youth years at LPS Pitești and the Gheorghe Hagi Academy. He got his first professional contract from Viitorul Constanța at age 18 in 2016. In the four years that he stayed at the club he was mostly loaned to Liga II and Liga I sides. In 2020 he joined Vasas. International career At youth level he played for both the Romania under-17 and the Romania under-19 teams. Sovata
Sovata (; hu, Szováta; Hungarian pronunciation: ) is a town in Mureș County, Transylvania, Romania. Three villages are administered by the town: Căpeți (''Kopac''), Ilieși (''Illyésmező''), and Săcădat (''Szakadát''). In 2004, the village of Sărățeni broke away to form an independent commune. Geography The town is part of the Székely Land region of the historical Transylvania province. It is located in the eastern part of Mureș County, on the border with Harghita County; the county capital, Târgu Mureș, is to the west. Sovata lies at the foot of the Gurghiu Mountains, at an altitude between . It is situated between the river Corund and the valley of the Târnava Mică. Liga II
The Liga 2, most often spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company with the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Divisions Since its inception in 1934, Liga II had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Generally, Seria I included eastern teams while Seria II included western sides, although clubs near the center of the country are allowed to choose in which series they will compete. 2019–20 Liga I
The 2019–20 Liga I (also known as Casa Liga 1 for sponsorship reasons) was the 102nd season of the Liga I, the top professional league for Romanian association football clubs, which began in July 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020. Suspended in March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania, the season resumed on 13 June and effectively ended on 5 August. It was the fifth season to take place since the play-off/play-out rule had been introduced. CFR Cluj were two-time defending champions, and they successfully defended their title once more. Universitatea Craiova contented for the trophy until the final fixture of the championship play-offs, and ultimately finished as runner-ups, while FCSB were unable to claim a top three spot in the table for the first time since the 2010–11 season. Cupa Ligii
The Cupa Ligii ( en, League Cup) was Romania's secondary club football tournament. Like the Cupa României, it was played on a knockout (single elimination) basis. History It is unclear when the competition was first created, as there are no official recordings. It probably started sometime after 1990, but there may already have been an edition as early as 1978. Cupa Ligii was meant to shorten the break between the end of the league season and the start of a major international competition. It had a friendly character and was last played in 2000 before being dropped. Magyar Kupa
The Hungarian Cup ( hu, Magyar Kupa) is the Hungarian cup competition for football clubs. It was started by the Hungarian Football Association, the ''Magyar Labdarúgó Szövetség,'' in 1909, eight years after the commencement of the Hungarian League ( hu, Nemzeti Bajnokság). Besides all of the professional clubs of Hungary numerous amateur sides take part every year. These have to qualify through local cup competitions. The 2021–22 Liga III was the 66th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began in August 2021 and ended on 28 May 2022. This season was the second consecutive with a format that included 100 teams (10x10).
