Foro Italico is a sports complex in Rome, Italy, on the slopes of Monte Mario. It was built between 1928 and 1938 as the Foro Mussolini (literally Mussolini's Forum) under the design of Enrico Del Debbio and, later, Luigi Moretti. Albert Subirats Altes (born September 25, 1986) is an Olympic and national record holding swimmer from Venezuela. He represented his homeland at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympics.
