Sunday Supplement
''Sunday Supplement'' (formerly ''Jimmy Hill's Sunday Supplement'') is a Sunday morning television programme in the United Kingdom about football which was broadcast between 1999 and 2020. The programme aired on Sunday mornings on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Football, during the football season. The length of the show is 90 minutes, including commercials, although it was occasionally cut down to 60 minutes. History Launched under the stewardship of Jimmy Hill, three guest football journalists sit around a table over breakfast/brunch and discuss the latest football matches, news and gossip, including a look at the football stories in the Sunday newspapers. The proposal was that it was set in Hill's actual kitchen, with fans trying to guess where his home was from the window view. Jacqueline Anne Oatley (born 28 December 1974) is a leading English broadcaster. She is a football commentator for Sky Sports, calling Premier League and FA Women's Super League matches. She is a sports presenter on Quest TV channel, covering the English Football League and podcast host for The Athletic. Oatley also provides live match commentary on the UEFA Champions League and UEFA internationals, she is also anchor of the ITV Sport live darts coverage. In 2007, she became the first female commentator on the flagship BBC One football highlights programme ''Match of the Day'' which she presented once in March 2015. Oliver Charles T Holt (born 22 May 1966) is an English sports journalist who writes for the newspaper ''The Mail on Sunday'' in the United Kingdom. He is the son of Thomas Holt and Coronation Street actress Eileen Derbyshire and is an avid Stockport County F.C., Stockport County supporter. He is known in football journalism circles as the man who embarrasses himself with lazy predictions, but is still well-renowned amongst his peers. Darren Joel Lewis (born August 28, 1967) is an American former professional baseball player who played center field in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics (1990), San Francisco Giants (1991–1995), Cincinnati Reds (1995), Chicago White Sox (1996–1997), Los Angeles Dodgers (1997) and Boston Red Sox (1998–2001); he played his final season in 2002 with the Chicago Cubs.
