Summer School (film)
''Summer School'' is a 1987 American comedy film directed by Carl Reiner and starring Mark Harmon as a high school gym teacher who is forced to teach a remedial English class during the summer. The film co-stars Kirstie Alley and Courtney Thorne-Smith. It was distributed by Paramount Pictures and produced by George Shapiro and Howard West. The original music score was composed by Danny Elfman. Plot On the last day of school before summer vacation, physical education teacher Freddy Shoop (Mark Harmon) is preparing for a vacation to Hawaii with his girlfriend, Kim. Carl Reiner
Carl Reiner (March 20, 1922 – June 29, 2020) was an American actor, stand-up comedian, director, screenwriter, and author whose career spanned seven decades. He was the recipient of many awards and honors, including 11 Primetime Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award, and the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. He was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1999. During the early years of television comedy from 1950 to 1957, he acted on and contributed sketch material for ''Your Show of Shows'' and '' Caesar's Hour'', starring Sid Caesar, writing alongside Mel Brooks, Neil Simon, and Woody Allen. Fabiana Udenio (born December 21, 1964) is an Italian-Argentine actress. Born in Argentina to Italian parents, she grew up in Rome. American History
The history of the lands that became the United States began with the arrival of the first people in the Americas around 15,000 BC. Duane Davis is an American actor who has been in such films as ''Under Siege'', '' The Program'', ''Ghosts of Mars'', and ''Paparazzi''.
