Sukhbir Kataria is an Indian politician and was a member of Legislative Assembly of Haryana. He won the 2009 Haryana Legislative Assembly election being an independent candidate from Gurgaon constituency. Early life Kataria was born on 9 September 1964 in Gurgaon in the Indian state of Haryana to father Ch. Bhim Singh Kataria. Career In 1995, Kataria was elected as a Vice-chairman of Block Samiti of Gurgaon, and the Sarpanch of the Gurgaon village in 2000. He also held the post of Municipal Councilor of Gurgaon in 2005. In 2010, Kataria was elected as an independent candidate from Gurgaon constituency to the Haryana legislative assembly. Umesh Aggarwal (born 1 July 1970) is an Indian politician affiliated with the AAP and is a member of the 13th Haryana Legislative Assembly, representing Gurgaon (Vidhan Sabha constituency). The Indian Penal Code (IPC) is the official criminal code of India. It is a comprehensive code intended to cover all substantive aspects of criminal law.
