He made his directorial debut with ''Citizen'' (2001), before making the romantic drama, '' ABCD'' (2005). Career Saravana Subbiah made his directorial debut with ''Citizen'' (2001) featuring Ajith Kumar in the leading role of a social activist. Prior to release, the film created anticipation with reports suggesting that Ajith would portray several different get-ups in a double role. He has been associated with the M S Swaminathan Research Foundation. Saraswathi Subbiah (22 October 1924 – June 2005) was an Indian communist politician. Saraswathi Subbiah took part in the struggle for independence. Subbiah Arunan is an Indian scientist and Padma Shri awardee, known for his role in the Mars Orbiter Mission of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). He finished his schooling in St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, Vikramasingapuram in Tirunelveli Dist. He was born in Kothaiseri, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu and completed his Mechanical engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Ganeshan Subbiah known as Susi Ganesan is an Indian film director, producer, scriptwriter and screenwriter. Early life Ganesan was born on (25 August 1969) Vannivelampatti, Madurai District in Tamil Nadu to Tamil parents Subbiah and Sittamma. He changed his screen name to Susi Ganesan, his first name being from the first two letters from his parents' first names. He attended Gandhi Nikethan higher secondary school in T.
