Stompa is a fictional extraterrestrial supervillainess and goddess appearing in books published by DC Comics. Because of her strength and ruthless nature, Stompa was trained to become one of the founding members of the Female Furies. Proving her loyalty to Granny Goodness, she quickly turned on the former leader of the Furies, Big Barda, and attacked her on Earth. When Big Barda returned to Apokolips, however, Stompa joined her in the infiltration of Section Zero, much to Granny's dismay. Bernadeth is an extraterrestrial supervillainess appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Publication history She first appeared in ''Mister Miracle'' #6 (February 1972) and was created by Jack Kirby. Fictional character biography Co-leader of the Female Furies, Bernadeth wields a "fahren-knife" that burns her victims from the inside. As the sister of Darkseid's servant, Desaad, Bernadeth is both notorious and feared by the masses of Apokolips. She was one of the first Furies to be recruited, though Bernadeth hated being led by others. When Big Barda left for Earth to be with Mister Miracle, Bernadeth joined her alongside Lashina, Stompa, and Mad Harriet for a brief period of time. Orion is a fictional superhero that appears in comic books published by DC Comics. Publication history Orion first appeared in ''New Gods'' #1 (February 1971), and was created by writer/artist Jack Kirby. Jack Kirby era Orion originally appeared in ''New Gods'' #1 (February–March 1971) which was part of Jack Kirby's Fourth World titles published in the early 1970s. Other titles included in this metaseries were '' Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen'', ''Mister Miracle'' and ''The Forever People''. Paradise Island is an island in The Bahamas formerly known as Hog Island. The island, with an area of (2.8 km2/1.1 sq mi), is located just off the shore of the city of Nassau, which is itself located on the northern edge of the island of New Providence.
