Stjepan Vrbančić
Stjepan Vrbančić (29 November 1900 – 12 December 1988) was a Croatian footballer. He played with Zagreb's top football clubs: with HAŠK from 1918 to 1926 and HŠK Concordia Zagreb from 1926 to 1935. International career Vrbančić made his debut for Yugoslavia in a June 1922 friendly match against Czechoslovakia and earned a total of 12 caps, scoring no goals. The Czechoslovakia national football team ( cs, Československá fotbalová reprezentace, sk, Česko-slovenské národné futbalové mužstvo) was the national football team of Czechoslovakia from 1920 to 1993. The team was controlled by the Czechoslovak Football Association, and the team qualified for eight World Cups and three European Championships. It had two runner-up finishes in World Cups, in 1934 and 1962, and won the European Championship in the 1976 tournament.
