Stewart Clark Zabriskie
Stewart Clark Zabriskie (November 7, 1937 – September 13, 1999) was second diocesan bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Nevada from 1986 to 1999. Early life and education Zabriskie was born on November 7, 1937, in White Plains, New York, the son of Cornelius Zabriskie and Florence I. Caffrey. He was educated at the Mount Herman Prep School in New York. He also graduated with a B.A. from Yale University in 1958 and the General Theological Seminary in 1963. He also received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from the General Theological Seminary in 1986. On September 14, 1963 he married Sarah Kirby Miller at Calvary Church, New York City. Ordained ministry He was ordained deacon and priest in 1963. He served as assistant to the rector of the Church of the Incarnation in New York City between 1963 and 1965. Episcopal Diocese Of Nevada
The Episcopal Diocese of Nevada is the diocese of the Episcopal Church in the USA comprising the entire State of Nevada. The eleventh and current bishop of the Diocese, The Rt. Rev. Elizabeth Bonforte Gardner, was ordained and consecrated by Presiding Bishop Michael Curry at Christ Church Episcopal in Las Vegas on March 5, 2022. On October 8, 2021, the Reverend Gardner was elected bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Nevada. The cathedral in this diocese is Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, and is located in Reno. It was designated in December 2016. In 1971, Nevada achieved separate diocesan status. Plymouth is a city in Hennepin County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. Proctor is a city in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 3,057 at the 2010 census. The city was established as ''Proctorknott'' in 1894, with the name coming from J. Proctor Knott, former Governor of Kentucky (1883–1887). He became famous for delivering the speech ''The Untold Delights of Duluth'' to the U.S. House of Representatives. Cloquet, Minnesota
Cloquet ( ) is a city in Carlton County, Minnesota, United States, at the junction of Interstate 35 and Minnesota State Highway 33. Part of the city lies within the Fond du Lac Indian Reservation and serves as one of the reservation's three administrative centers. The population was 12,568 at the 2020 census. History Cloquet began as a group of small settlements around three sawmills: Shaw Town, Nelson Town, and Johnson Town. These became known as Knife Falls after a local waterfall over sharp slate rocks, and later as Cloquet. The Ojibwe in the area called the area ''Mookomaan-onigamiing'', meaning "At the Knife Portage", as the portage to avoid Knife Falls connected the three communities. Briarcliff Manor () is a suburban village in Westchester County, New York, north of New York City. It is on of land on the east bank of the Hudson River, geographically shared by the towns of Mount Pleasant and Ossining. Briarcliff Manor includes the communities of Scarborough and Chilmark, and is served by the Scarborough station of the Metro-North Railroad's Hudson Line.
