Steve "Blast" Wills is an American, St. Louis, Missouri, born record producer and music publisher, recognised for his production work for urban artists Nelly, Chingy and Murphy Lee. He owns the urban music publisher Blast Music Publishing. He is known as one of the originators of the " St. Louis Bounce" sound which was popularized in hip hop music and videos in the first decade of the 2000s. Chingy
Howard Earl Bailey Jr. (born March 9, 1980), known professionally as Chingy, is an American rapper. Chingy grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and began rapping in his late teens. He toured as an opening act with Nelly in the summer of 2002 and then became a protégé of Ludacris, who signed him to his newly formed Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP) record label.
