Steve Priestly
Steve Priestley is a British disc jockey, who used to work for Magic 105.4 in London. Career He first came to prominence in the early 1990s as the voice over for an ITV programme on Saturdays called Movies, Games and Videos. The show overviewed games, movies and videos and started life as ''Movies, Movies, Movies''. In 1993, he joined BRMB in Birmingham, where he presented a regular show and was part of the line up for five years. While working at the station, he also became a stand-in presenter for the Network Chart whenever its presenter, Neil Fox was away. In addition to this, he also did two stints at Fox FM in Oxford before moving to Magic. He originally presented Magic 105.4's weekend afternoon show, before taking over the drivetime show, replacing Graham Dene who left the station in September 2007 to join rival 102.2 Smooth Radio as its new breakfast presenter. Disc Jockey
A disc jockey, more commonly abbreviated as DJ, is a person who plays recorded music for an audience. Smooth East Midlands is an Independent Local Radio station for the East Midlands, 107.4 MHz, 97.2 MHz, 106.8 MHz 106.0 MHz which replaced Saga 106.6 FM at 6am on Monday 26 March 2007. Hallam FM is an Independent Local Radio station based in Sheffield, England, owned and operated by Bauer as part of the Hits Radio network. It broadcasts to South Yorkshire. As of September 2022, the station has a weekly audience of 283,000 listeners according to RAJAR. Graham Dene
Graham Dene (born 7 April 1949) is a British radio personality. After a period as a disc jockey on Edgware General Hospital's radio, and at United Biscuits Network, he became famous in the London area as Capital Radio's breakfast presenter in the 1970s, having joined from Radio City in Liverpool. He took over the breakfast show from Kenny Everett in May 1975, and stayed there until Mike Smith took over the slot in July 1980. When Smith left to rejoin BBC Radio 1 in 1982, Dene returned for a second stint as breakfast host from 1982 to 1987. This time Chris Tarrant took over. In the 1980s, Dene hosted a radio show, ''Rock Over London'', that was produced and distributed to radio stations in the United States, particularly stations that programmed New Wave or new, eclectic music. Heart Thames Valley was a local radio station owned and operated by Global Radio as part of the Heart network. It broadcast to Berkshire, Oxfordshire, north Hampshire and parts of west Buckinghamshire from studios in Reading, southern England. Magic Radio is a British digital radio station owned and operated by Bauer. The station is available on 105.4 FM in London and across the UK on Digital Radio, on the Magic Radio app, television and online. It had previously been a part of a network of Magic stations broadcast on FM in London and on MW across northern England and began broadcasting across the UK via the Digital One multiplex in January 2015.
