Steve Ingle
Stephen Paul Ingle (22 October 1946 – 16 December 2020) was an English professional footballer who played as a right back. Career Born in the Manningham area of Bradford, Ingle began as an apprentice at hometown club Bradford City, before turning professional in 1964. He later played for Southend United, Wrexham, Stockport County, Southport and Darlington, before playing in South Africa with Arcadia Shepherds. With Wrexham he won league promotion in 1970 and was a runner-up in the Welsh Cup. Later life Ingle remained in South Africa after his playing career ended, living in Pretoria with his wife and three sons, and working as a lift engineer. In 1995 he fell down a lift shaft and was in hospital for six months. Manningham, Bradford
Manningham is an historically industrial workers area as well as a council ward of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. The population of the 2011 Census for the Manningham Ward was 19,983. History Manningham holds a wealth of industrial history, including mill buildings, imposing wool merchants' houses and back-to-back terraced houses. It is the old Jewish area of Bradford. Many of Manningham's German community later migrated to the Heaton area of the city. Cinema history In 1912 the Manningham Kinematograph Company Ltd opened the 519 seat Oak Lane Picture House on a site on the north side of Oak Lane between St Mary's Road and Sunderland Road. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by a virus, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
