Stevan Jackson (born 9 March 1970) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the West Coast Eagles and Richmond in the Australian Football League. Playing career Jackson began his senior playing career with South Fremantle where he played 41 West Australian Football League matches. In the 1988 VFL Draft, Jackson was a pre-draft selection by the West Coast Eagles Coaching career After retiring, Jackson took up coaching with Blackburn in the Eastern Football League. The 1988 VFL draft, held on the 9th of November 1988, was the third annual national draft held by the VFL/AFL, Victorian Football League (now known as the Australian Football League). It consisted of a pre-season draft and a national draft. In 1988 there were 112 picks to be drafted between 14 teams in the national draft. The Eastern Football Netball League (known previously as the Eastern Districts Football League and later the Eastern Football League) is an Australian rules football league, based in the eastern suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne. Wantirna South Football Club nicknamed the Devils, is an Australian rules football club located 26 km south east of Melbourne in the suburb of Wantirna. The teams wears a bottle-green playing jumper with two white stripes. Established in 1952 and situated at Walker Reserve Tyner Road in Wantirna South. Previously known as South Wantirna Football Club until 1997 when club merged with the Wantirna Junior Football Club. South Fremantle Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in Fremantle, Western Australia.
