John Steffensen
John William Steffensen (born 30 August 1982) is an Australian former track and field athlete, who specialised in 200 and 400 metres. He won silver at the 2004 Olympics in Athens. His personal bests were 20.79 and 44.73. Biography Born in Perth, Western Australia, to South African immigrant parents, Steffensen competed in the 2004 Olympics, and was a part of the Australian team that won the silver medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay. Steffensen won the gold medal in the 400 m at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, with a time of 44.73, setting a new personal best. He won a second gold medal as the first runner in the 4 × 400 m Australian relay team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. He boycotted the 2010 Commonwealth Games after a series of disputes with Athletics Australia, which he accused of mismanaging athletes. Hans Christian Steffensen
Hans Christian Steffensen (22 December 1837 – 4 September 1912) was a Danish politician, jurist and speaker of the Landsting, a chamber of the parliament. Lennart Steffensen
Lennart Steffensen (born 12 July 1977) is a retired Norway, Norwegian football midfielder. He was drafted into the senior squad of Skeid Fotball in late 1996. He played for the Norway national under-21 football team, Norwegian under-21 team, and ahead of the 2000 season he joined Stabæk Fotball. However, he did not play regularly. As early as August 2000 he was shipped to Vålerenga Fotball. He played there until the spring of 2002, when he was loan (football), loaned out to Hønefoss BK. The move was made permanent ahead of the 2003 season. Ahead of the 2006 season he went to Notodden FK. In August 2009 he was sold back to Hønefoss BK. After a lengthy spell in Jevnaker IF, he joined Hønefoss for the third time ahead of the 2016 season. This was his last active season. References

Peter Buur Steffensen (born 4 December 1979) is a retired Danish badminton player. Career Steffensen was born and raised in a town in western Jutland near Herning. He has lived in Copenhagen since 2001 and has a professional academic background in Pedagogy. As a player, Peter was playing professionally from 2001 to 2009 on the Danish National Badminton Team, where he played doubles alongside Jonas Rasmussen, Mathias Boe and Thomas Laybourn winning several international titles in Europe in Sweden, Greece and the Netherlands. He won two Danish youth titles in 2001, including the Croatia International. In 2002 he won at the Iceland International and the 2003 Dutch International. In 2005 he represented Denmark at the IBF World Championships in the United States.
