Mount Cabeza () is a mountain in Stavertsi Ridge on the southeast side of Pare Glacier, southwest of Hales Peak, in the northeast portion of Brabant Island, Palmer Archipelago Palmer Archipelago, also known as Antarctic Archipelago, Archipiélago Palmer, Antarktiske Arkipel or Palmer Inseln, is a group of islands off the northwestern coast of the Antarctic Peninsula. Albena Peninsula
Albena Peninsula ( bg, полуостров Албена, poluostrov Albena, ) is a peninsula extending 13 km in east–west direction and 9 km wide at its base, forming the east extremity of Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago, Antarctica. It is bounded by the terminus of Lister Glacier to the north and by Hill Bay to the south, ending in Spallanzani Point to the east, and has its interior occupied by Stavertsi Ridge. The peninsula is separated from Davis Island to the north by Sumer Passage. Brabant Island
Brabant Island is the second largest island of the Palmer Archipelago within the British Antarctic Territory, lying between Anvers Island and Liège Island. Brabant Island is long north-south, wide, and rises to in Mount Parry. The interior of the island is occupied by two mountain ranges, Solvay Mountains ( Cook Summit, 1590 m) in its southern part and Stribog Mountains (summit Mount Parry) in its central and northern parts. It was named by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (1897–1899) under Adrien de Gerlache, who named it after the Belgian Province of Brabant, in recognition of the support given to the expedition by its citizens. A paper summarizing the Joint Services expedition of 1984–1985 describes the island as "notoriously inhospitable" and states that there is evidence for only six visits between the discovery in 1898 and 1984. Palmer Archipelago, also known as Antarctic Archipelago, Archipiélago Palmer, Antarktiske Arkipel or Palmer Inseln, is a group of islands off the northwestern coast of the Antarctic Peninsula. It extends from Tower Island in the north to Anvers Island in the south. It is separated by the Gerlache and Bismarck straits from the Antarctic Peninsula and Wilhelm Archipelago, respectively. Paré Glacier
Paré Glacier () is a glacier 7 nautical miles (13 km) long and 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) wide, draining the northeast slopes of Stribog Mountains, and flowing east and then northeast into the head of Bouquet Bay on the northeast side of Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago, Antarctica. The feature was shown on an Argentine government chart in 1953, but not named. Photographed by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd in 1956–57, and mapped from these photos in 1959. Named by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) for Ambroise Paré (1510–1590), French surgeon who first taught the importance of clean wound dressings, improved operative techniques and fracture treatment.
