was a professional wrestling event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom. The event took place on March 25, 2023, in Yokohama, Japan at the Yokohama Budokan. The event saw the finals of the New Blood Tag Team Championship tournament to crown the inaugural New Blood Tag Team Champions. Production Background The ''"New Blood"'' is a series of events that mainly focus on matches where rookie wrestlers, usually with three or fewer years of in-ring experience, evolve. World Wonder Ring Stardom (スターダム 女子プロレス), often referred to simply as Stardom (stylized as ST★RDOM), is a Japanese '' joshi puroresu'' or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and All Japan Women veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. is a Japanese professional wrestler currently working for the Japanese promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom. (born May 19, 1997) is a Japanese professional wrestler currently signed to World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion. She is a former one-time Future of Stardom Champion. Triangle Derby I was the first annual round-robin six-woman tag team tournament event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom under the "Triangle Derby" branch. The event took place between January 3 and March 4, 2023, with limited attendance due in part to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic at the time (until January 30). It also represented the first major event promoted by Stardom in 2023. Tournament history The Triangle Derby is a professional wrestling tournament held annually by Stardom. It is currently disputed as a round-robin tournament with teams of three wrestlers split into two pools. Contrary to most round-robin style tournaments, teams from the same pool don't face each other. Instead, each team faces all teams from the opposite pool. Matches are fought with a 15-minute time limit. A win is worth two points and a draw is worth one point.
